Management & control
We make sure it happens. And that you can show it happened.
At Emerald Elephant Solutions we hold a role, think the direction through with you, or run your project, by the hour and for as long as it is needed. Around that we deliver the control layer as a subscription: goals, registers and reporting, every month, recorded in a way that holds up afterwards.

Management
Holding a role, bringing steering where it is missing, or thinking the direction through with you. From board and MT to department head and project lead, and from strategic to operational. By the hour, for as long as it is needed.
Control
The control layer around a project or a management role: goals, registers, reporting and accountability. Your people get no system to keep, because we collect the position and record what you will later have to show. As a subscription, month after month.
Project Control
Where are you now?
Most project conversations start with one of these three.
Your project is running late and nobody can point at where
The delivery date keeps moving, the updates stay optimistic, and the question "where do we stand" produces a different answer every time. That is rarely unwillingness. What is missing is a yardstick.
Stalled project โYou are starting a project and want it set up right the first time
The most expensive mistake in a project is made in the first two weeks: starting without recording what has to be delivered, when, and how you will know it is done. Much of what goes wrong afterwards traces back to that.
New project โYou have to report, and it has to hold up
A steering group, a grant body, an auditor or your own board: someone asks for an account every period. And the question behind that question is always the same: is this right, and what shows it?
Reporting โYour project is running well and you want to keep it that way
Nothing is going wrong, which is exactly why nobody is looking. Until someone asks where it stands, or until the first setback arrives and it turns out there is nothing to measure it against.
Project on track โTake the record-keeping out of your management
Your management is there to manage, not to keep records. Every month the same manager from our side sits down with you, someone who has held such a role themselves: they collect the position, weigh what it means, and flag it the moment something deviates. What comes back is an overview: one picture of where things stand, with the gaps visible in it. It steers today, and it holds when your bank, your board or the body that granted your subsidy asks about it later. A system can measure; weighing what a figure means takes someone who knows the work.
See Management ControlWe leave something behind. Just not a system.
What stays is the record: the goals as they were agreed, the decisions with who took them, the registers, and for every report a frozen snapshot with its own fingerprint. That series is yours and stays readable, years later too.
The system around it is ours and stays ours. Your people log in nowhere and keep nothing; now and then a personal link arrives by e-mail to approve or confirm something, and that is all. If something you need is missing we build it in, and you notice none of it: you get what you asked for.
That combination is the hard part to copy. An advisory firm without a system of its own hands you a file nobody can reconstruct later; a software vendor without people hands you an environment your managers have to maintain themselves. We do both, and you only see the outcome.
What are you dealing with?
One conversation is usually enough to tell whether we can be of use to you.
